Bruce Fay is a real estate law clerk with Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP.  Mr. Fay is responsible for all pre-closing and post closing matters relative to the firm’s real estate practice areas.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fay was a paralegal with Philip C. Jack and Associates, escrow agent for Mortgage Information Services, real estate administrator for SBA Communications Corp. and a paralegal for Michienzie & Sawin, LLC.  He is a graduate of Northeastern University, and is presently attending New England School of Law.
