David has broad-based, nationwide experience counseling and representing clients in federal and state regulatory matters, industrial facility permitting, corporate transactions, agency enforcement defense, and litigation. He represents Northeast food manufacturers and distributors, food packaging materials manufacturers, related consumer product manufacturers, and companies in a wide range of other industries.

Mr. Blackmar began his law practice in Boston with Goodwin, Procter & Hoar and has been associated with other premier firms, including in Chicago with McDermott, Will & Emery.
