Philip C. Jack
Philip Jack is a founding partner of Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP and maintains a balanced practice that includes commercial and residential real estate, business law, estate planning and elder law, land use and municipal law and bankruptcy. Prior to forming Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP, Mr. Jack founded and managed both a private law practice as well as a complementary mortgage brokerage company, the combined gross revenue of which approximated $3 million annually. With the expertise gathered from his own successful entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Jack has counseled numerous start-up businesses on a variety of legal issues, including business formation, contracts, lease negotiations, employee relations and general business planning and strategy.
Mr. Jack is very active in politics and government and has worked on multiple campaigns across the country as well as a Congressional legislative aide on Capital Hill. He is currently an elected member of the Massachusetts State Democratic Party.
Mr. Jack resides in Ashland, Massachusetts, with his wife Heather and two children, Elizabeth and Alex. In Ashland, he has served as an elected member of the Board of Selectmen (Past Chairman), as well as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Conservation Commission, and as Ashland’s representative to the MetroWest Growth Management Committee (Past Chairman), the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (Chairman) and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council.
