Philip Jack is a founding partner of Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP and maintains a balanced practice that includes commercial and residential real estate, elder law, land use and municipal law, bankruptcy and civil litigation.  Prior to forming Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP, Mr. Jack founded the Law Offices of Philip C. Jack & Associates and a complementary mortgage brokerage company, the combined gross revenue of which approximated $3 million annually.  With the expertise gathered from his own successful entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Jack has counseled numerous start-up businesses on a variety of legal issues, including business formation, lease negotiations, employee relations, contracts and general business planning and strategy.

Mr. Jack is very active in politics and government, and he is currently an elected member of the Massachusetts State Democratic Party.  Prior to law school, he worked for the Presidential Campaign of Nebraska Senator Bob Kerrey, served as campaign manager in a California State Senate race and worked as a Congressional legislative aide on Capital Hill.  More recently, Mr. Jack has worked on both the Deval Patrick gubernatorial campaign and the Barack Obama presidential campaign.

Mr. Jack currently resides in Ashland, Massachusetts, with his wife Heather and two children, Elizabeth and Alex.  In Ashland, he has served as an elected member of the Board of Selectmen (Past Chairman), as well as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Conservation Commission.  He has also served as Ashland’s representative to the MetroWest Growth Management Committee (Past Chairman), the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (Chairman) and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council.
