Appellate Law



Firm attorneys have a wealth of experience advancing and arguing civil and criminal appeals in both state and federal courts. An emphasis is placed on identifying appellate issues in the underlying trial court action, and making appropriate assessments and recommendations as to whether and what issues can and should be advanced on appeal, with due consideration of viability and cost.  In the aggregate, firm attorneys have appealed over fifty matters to various state and federal courts on behalf of clients, with a remarkable rate of success.
