Representative experience:

• Advised on intellectual property and technology issues in connection with multi-billion dollar acquisition of almost all of the international insurance business and a domestic division of one financial services company by another financial services company.
• Acted as outside general counsel advising procurement department of Fortune 50 networking and computer equipment company on day-to-day issues, including rewriting of main vendor service agreement templates and playbooks.
• Drafted and advised on major logistics outsourcing contract for consumer goods company, involving outsourcing of entire logistics department of company over several months.
