Climate Change

PKJ’s Climate Change and Sustainability practice focuses on the business opportunities and challenges created by emerging climate change regimes. These include voluntary and mandatory programs and requirements intended to address greenhouse gases (GHG’s) in the Earth’s atmosphere.  Those companies that are adopting their business practices to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG’s) and their carbon footprint are seeing benefits in their bottom line, in addition to gaining a competitive advantage and kudos in the community.  PKJ works as a business partner to assist clients in evaluating, identifying, managing, and planning for climate change programs.  At PKJ, we bring our astute, cross-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional response to issues that are at times novel and global in scope.
