Government Contract Litigation Defense of Qui Tam, Fraud, Debarment & Suspension, and Personnel Security Clearance Challenges. PKJ represents defendants in qui tam lawsuits, suspension and debarment proceedings, negotiations with the Department of Justice prosecutors concerning alleged failure to disclose knowledge of fraud, and other legal disputes arising from the procurement or performance of government contracts.  PKJ also represents companies’ key employees in challenging the revocation of their security clearances.
