PKJ’s Internet & E-Commerce practice is led by Kenneth A. Sprang and Sandhya Mehta. Mr. Sprang has served as served as both inside and outside general counsel for on-line companies and has experience in a wide range of Internet and E-Commerce related legal matters for various companies. Ms. Mehta handled e-commerce and Internet issues for a prominent financial services company for several years, and subsequently advised a number of major companies on these issues while at a major law firm.
