Technology Transactions
PKJ’s attorneys have considerable experience counseling and representing businesses of all sizes in a wide range of technology and software-related issues. We advise on outsourcing agreements and strategies, vendor contracts, joint ventures and other strategic relationships, as well as development agreements, master agreements (and SOWs), SLAs, and transportation/warehousing agreements. Many of our attorneys have performed general counsel services, as in-house attorneys or as outside general counsel, for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 corporations. In that capacity, we have also streamlined internal contract negotiation processes for our clients by creating playbooks and standard form agreements conforming to best industry practices and protecting client interests while optimizing time taken in negotiation.
